Comprei um notebook acer aspire 3 A315-41-R4RB. Comprei ele á mais ou menos 2 semanas e ele não funciona a câmera. Preciso fazer conferências e não estou conseguindo acessar a câmera. Já tentei testar em um site e ele não detecta a câmera, fora que no gerenciador de dispositivos não aparece nada relacionado a webcam, nem um driver.
